It’s been a long time coming, but we’re finally here.

Nova’s Garden Company would like to welcome you. There’s so much in store for you to experience and even more to learn about yourself + plant medicine.

The launch of Nova’s Garden Company was divinely guided and orchestrated. I could not, for the life of me, grasp why I felt the need to delay such a beautiful experience due to my own (depression). I felt that I needed to be completely healed before trying to show others the way. Little did I know that healing is a lifelong journey—a beautiful one that takes courage. The courage that I didn't know existed within…until I started shifting my thoughts about myself + health.

Mama Odie said “you got to dig a little deeper” in The Princess and the Frog. This applies to many, if not all aspects of life, even the courage to shift your thoughts and heal yourself. Healing is not an overnight thing, or a walk in the park. Some days may seem more challenging than others to truly “do the right thing” for optimal health, but total body health is our birthright.

The intention for this space is to educate. To provide insight on how plant medicine is the first form of medicine known to man. To provide recipes for healing that are filled with much flavor and comfort. To really support the necessary transformation into our true WHOLE self.
